By creating an account or using Chucks Marina Storage, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the boat and contact information you provide. Operators may adjust or remove information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Scheduling and Availability
Launch requests are subject to marina business hours and available capacity. Time blocks may fill up, and the marina may decline or reschedule a request when necessary. ASAP requests are available for same-day launches only.
Boat Handling
While we take care in handling your boat, the marina is not liable for pre-existing damage or for events outside its reasonable control. Please report any concerns promptly through the app's notes or the contact page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
